WORKING EXPERIENCE: Pandai is the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer since 1 February 2024. Pandai has been working with PETRONAS for nearly 30 years, mostly in project management field, with vast experience in engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and contract management of LNG, petrochemical, utilities, and infrastructure projects dealing with multi-national consultants and contractors at various international locations. Experienced in managing EPCC, EPCIC, EPCM, PMC, Alliance contract at various level of management and leading a team of various multinationals. Throughout the years of experience managing projects, he has served at various international locations other than Malaysia, namely Holland, UK, Japan, US, Egypt, Germany, and Australia. Pandai was on secondment assignment to Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering Berhad (MHB), a public-listed company under the MISC Group, as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer prior to join SEB..
